![]() ![]() When I use it (the 720x576p preset in powerstrip) it cuts off most of the screen (moving the mouse to the corner will pan to the cut off part however) and only actually shows 630x438 res (without the overscan). I read that outputting at 720x576 would fix it, but I'm not sure it has. I've tried enabling 5-tap low pass (nothing else seems to work without destroying the quality) under Deinterlacing in FFDShow, but that scarecly helped. I also have access to powerstrip 3.46 build 422. ![]() I am using Zoom Player, the WinDVD 5 filters (with auto-select deintelacing enabled) or Sonic Cineplayer 1.5 filters (I have both on my computer), FFDShow 20030523. Onboard realtek audio (soon to be updated),Ħ8cm 4:3 PAL television (composite only(pre svhs), so I am using a svhs-composite adapter). My setup consists of a Radeon 9200 (HIS brand - svhs out), However, I am still having trouble getting the same quality of interlaced material as my old standalone DVD. So far, I have perfect overscanning in Zoom Player (no visible borders and only a loss of about 1 pixel either side of the image), great visual quality of progressive matterial, and great audio. I've been progressivley tuning my htpc to perform better visually than a standalone DVD player, but have now come to a snag. ![]()
